Express One Freight Services sm,  (EOFS), and Express One Shipping and Packaging Stores sm is a innovative progressive company located in Boise, and Pocatello Idaho, specializing in discount freight services through FedEx™, UPS™, DHL™, USPS™ and many other freight companies.  The freight industry concentrates on high volume shippers and therefore tends to stay away from low volume shippers. The reason is pure economics. Shipping companies receive the largest profit per shipment for customers that do not qualify (based on volume) for any, or very small discounts.  By utilizing various shipping companies, EOFS can qualify for discounts because we aggregate the volume of our small customers and, therefore, EOFS can qualify for substantial discounts as a group.

The shipping company will pick up, transport and deliver our customer's shipments, then the shipping company will bill EOFS, and EOFS will bill our customer. It is like we own the shipping company and have access to all their services. All we do is sell, service our EOFS customers, EOFS will assist you with marketing your products, we then bill and collect from our customers. We also offer freight rate, and freight contract consulting services. EOFS will review our customer's freight contracts, and then help them negotiate better rates, and better terms and conditions. We will keep a percentage of the savings generated by EOFS for our customers. Last, EOFS will audit all of our customer’s freight bills (they have to be no more than 14 days old) and, if we determine they have been overcharged, or their shipments were delivered late, our customer will receive a credit, or a refund. EOFS will receive a percentage of the EOFS customer’s savings. An example would be if UPS™ or Federal Express™ delivers a shipment later that their stated guaranteed delivery time in their current Service Guide, the customer is entitled to a full refund or credit.

There are many other services EOFS offers to our customers. EOFS claims several unique “twists” to freight industry. This gives EOFS a decisive edge in a vast pool of competition. Combined with our dynamic sales and marketing strategies, there may not be another company out there that can touch our level of customer service, and savings.

We also specialize in freight shipping, and packaging services through our retail shipping and packaging stores, and affiliate relationships, general freight consulting, freight contract negotiations, freight auditing services, custom website design, website management and hosting, professional management/sales training services, and we now offer a tire and wheel warranty product (new product) through Tire Shield.  Tire Shield is the oldest tire/wheel warranty company in the business, with over 3 million contracts sold.

EOFS or one of our affiliates can also make arrangements to pickup your shipments.  EOFS will need to help you make arrangements to have your shipments picked up at one of our customers shipments locations, and then arrange for packaging from our customers home or office (subject to an additional charge).  We will call our customer, or email our customer with a shipping quote, once our customer has approved the quote, EOFS will complete the documentation, and then we can make all the arrangements (including packaging) for your shipments, subject to your approval.  We can email you an invoice so you can pay us on line, or you can drop by with a credit card or certified check to pay for your shipment(s).  We need payment before we release your shipment to one of our shipping companies.
